Time and time again, when PMMI asks end users what’s important to their companies, training comes in at or near the top of the list.
“It comes up at Vision 2020 meetings, it comes up in conversation, and most recently, it came up in PMMI’s Service Issues and Expectations Study,” said Maria Ferrante, vice president of education & Workforce Development, PMMI. “Training is a major concern for packaging machinery end users, it’s why PMMI created the Certified Trainer Program, and it’s why it’ll be a session topic at PMMI’s upcoming MarketTrends Roundtable.”
PMMI’s 2012 MarketTrends Roundtable (May 15-16; Chicago, Ill.) will feature Training Performance consultant Cindy Huggett outlining techniques to give customers the training experience they expect and resources offered by PMMI and others to help your team deliver.

One of the greatest resources at any PMMI meeting is the opportunity to connect with other members and discuss solutions to common concerns and challenges.
The 2012 MarketTrends Roundtable Conference will feature two discussion sessions to allow members to talk about the day’s sessions and other issues they face on the job.
“MarketTrends focuses on trends affecting sales and marketing efforts in particular. By talking with other members who face similar day-to-day challenges, members will be better equipped to apply what they’re learning to their own situations,” Ferrante added.
