PMMI member Pro Mach, Inc., has acquired PMMI member Shuttleworth, Inc., which will operate as a division of Pro Mach’s End of Line Business Unit. Shuttleworth, Inc., joined PMMI in 1967 and Pro Mach, Inc., joined in 1999.
