Pacific Packaging Machinery, Inc., has acquired Pack West Machinery. Pack West founder William Ellison will remain with the company through the ownership transition and will retire once the transition is complete. Pack West Machinery joined PMMI in 1991. Pacific Packaging Machinery, Inc., joined PMMI in 1998.
