Frank J. Cozzoli, president of Cozzoli Machine Company (CMC), passed away October 19, 2010. Cozzoli was a third generation family member to run CMC, which was founded by his grandfather in 1919, and oversaw the company’s acquisition of MRM, Elgin. Executive Vice President Joan Rooney has take over control of CMC operations .
